We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Yep, if you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied. That's why we'll happily give you your money back on any of the Dr. Feet Shop™ product range. All we ask is that you try our products and if you are not completely happy, simply return the items within 30-days from the date of delivery (and yes the items need to be returned) and we'll refund you.
Parcel Protection and shipping costs are non refundable.
Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order and all you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. Only items returned will be approved for a refund.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

Returning Goods
We offer Return with a full refund in these cases
- The customer receives a Damage item.
- if the customer receives the wrong item or model.
- Goods lost in shipping or Never arrived.
- Goods Damaged or effective after arriving in time frame 30 days.
- Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
Exchange
if the customer needs to exchange the product we accept exchange with no question and in this case the customer responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the address we send to you by email.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
